One Rincon Hill is a two-tower condominium development designed by architectural firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz and developed by Urban West Associates of San Diego. Located in the South Beach district of San Francisco, One Rincon is within walking distance of the financial district, restaurants and public transportation. When finished, One Rincon will be one of the tallest buildings in San Francisco. Michael Kriozere, managing partner of Urban West Associates, refers to the property as "an icon." Kriozere says, "San Francisco has traditionally been known as a city of hills — Nob Hill, Telegraph Hill, Russian Hill. The Planning Department wanted to achieve the same physical presence."

One Rincon Hill is being constructed in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion in early 2008 and will consist of a 55-story, 376 unit tower with 14 townhomes at its base. Phase two will consist of a 44-story, 319 unit tower and is set to be finished in mid 2009.
